Service policies
Cancellation policy
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee. We understand that life happens — if something urgent comes up, just reach out and we'll work with you.
Satisfaction guarantee
We don't offer refunds, but we stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied with any part of your cleaning, contact us within 24 hours and we'll return to fix it — same day if our schedule allows, or the very next day. No charge, no hassle.
Payment policy
A partial payment is required before cleaning begins. The remaining balance is collected once the job is complete to your satisfaction. Payment details will be confirmed with you prior to your appointment.
Access & entry
You're welcome to be home or away during your appointment. If you'll be away, please provide clear access instructions when booking. We treat your home with the utmost respect and care.
Valuables & fragile items
Please secure or put away any valuables, irreplaceable items, or fragile objects before your appointment. While we take every precaution, we cannot be held responsible for pre-existing damage or items left in high-risk areas.

Terms of service
By booking a cleaning service through Angelica's Mess, you agree to these terms. Services are provided on the dates and times confirmed at booking. A partial payment is required before cleaning begins; the remaining balance is due upon completion. All payments are final — we do not offer refunds. If you are unsatisfied with the work, we will return to address the issue at no additional charge. Angelica's Mess reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, with as much advance notice as possible. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
Privacy policy
Angelica's Mess collects only the personal information necessary to provide our services — including your name, email address, phone number, and service address. This information is used solely to schedule and confirm appointments and to communicate with you about your service. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except as required by law. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorized access. By using our booking or estimate forms, you consent to this policy.
